Scallop ceviche with avocado salsa and roast capsicum coulis

Rare eye fillet of beef salad with horseradish cream

Seared Atlantic salmon, warm potatoes, tomato salsa and dressed greens

Chicken liver pate with sour cherry compote
 

Pork belly with Dutch doughnut, Lucaston apple sauce

Roast mushroom risotto with truffle oil

Ravioli filled with 
                             Seafood - Lemon cream sauce 
or
                             Mushroom duxelle - Herb butter sauce

Charred asparagus, smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce

Vine ripened tomato tart, Heidi farm raclette, rocket and pesto

Beetroot terrine with goat's cheese and garlic tuille

Turkey      Roast turkey with roasted vegetables and cranberry jus or
                  Turkey breast filled with chestnuts, served on mash, green beans
                  with port and cranberry sauce

Fish           Atlantic salmon or white fish on lemon, caper mash,

         Eye fillet with potato gratin, cherry tomato and pinot jus or

Lamb        Roasted rack of lamb and vegies, potatoe mix with thyme jus or

Chicken   Honey and Rosemary roasted breast of chicken 
                 with roast potatoes and pumpkin or
                 Chicken breast stuffed with salmon mousse
                 and potato mash and cuvee sauce

 Duck       Duck breast on parsnip mash, seasonal vegetables
                 and orange and quince sauce or
                 Duck breast on potato mash, braised red cabbage, mustard fruits and jus

Pork        Rost pork rack with apple and cabbage braise, 
               
mash potato and juniper berry jus

We are open for morning and afternoon Tea and Coffee with home made cakes and biscuits seven days a week.

Open on all public holidays except Christmas Day and Good Friday
Restaurant is closed for the month of July. The cellar door will still be open for free wine tastings and sales in this period between the hours of 11a.m. to 4p.m. 
Free wine tastings from 10am - 5pm, 7 days.
