2009 Home Hill Pinot Noir - $35

This Pinot Noir is medium ruby in colour with aromas of dark cherries, mushrooms and slightly earthy.  The palate is medium-to-full body with characters of bacon, toast, smoke and oak.  Slightly rich with a subtle, smooth velvety texture, well balanced and youthful acidity with a very long finish.  The wine is ready for consumption now, but may be cellared for up to 8 years.  

 

2008 Home Hill Pinot Noir - $40

Vibrant deep purple in colour with a delicate nose of dark plums, cherries and subtle spice, well balanced with soft tannins, this flavoursome wine has rich characters of liquorice and tobacco on the palate.  It has a very smart structure with a long silky velvety finish with a hint of French oak.

2008 Home Hill White Label Pinot Noir - $25

Our early release pinot noir. Aromas, flavours of raspberry, strawberry supported with a hint of French oak and fine silky tannins.

 

2008 Home Hill Kelly's Reserve Pinot Noir - $50

This Pinot Noir is vibrant, medium ruby in colour with delicate aromas of dark cherries and forest floor with subtle spice, well balanced with soft tannins giving great structure.  The palate is medium-to-full body with rich characters of licorice.  It has a very smart structure with a long soft velvety finish.  The wine is read for consumption now, but may be cellared for up to 10 years.

Restaurant is closed for the month of July. The cellar door will still be open for free wine tastings and sales in this period between the hours of 11a.m. to 4p.m.
